Place walnuts in a small saute’ pan, set to low heat and stir for 5 minutes until you can smell the walnuts toasting, place on a cutting board to cool.
Place greens in a large bowl.
Wash strawberries, slice, place in large bowl.
Wash cucumber, peel, cube, add to bowl.
Wash avocado, peel, cube, add to bowl.
Drain salmon pouch of all liquid and then flake salmon into bowl.
Add dressing to your taste and toss salad.
Chop cooled walnuts and add to top of salad.
