Amanda Pierce, APRN, FNP-C

Amanda Pierce, APRN, FNP-C graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. As a nurse, she worked in both the Pediatric ICU and Gastroenterology.

Nearly 20 years ago, prior to becoming a nurse, Amanda found her passion in natural healing modalities while working at a health food store. She enrolled in Clayton College of Natural Health and graduated with honors with a Masters in Natural Health Studies.

She then worked for several supplement companies and performed nutritional consultations. However, she soon realized that she could only get so far with her patients without a medical degree. She enrolled in nursing school with the ultimate goal of becoming an Integrative Nurse Practitioner. Amanda is dedicated to bridging the gap between conventional and natural medicine. Having worked on both sides of the health world, per se, allows her the understanding that true health is much more than covering up symptoms with a pill.

Amanda believes true health involves peeling back the layers to look for root causes, changing one’s eating and lifestyle, and addressing traumas and mental health issues. She finds joy in helping her patients find balance and true holistic healing from the inside out.

Amanda specializes in treating mold illness, CIRS, autoimmune disorders, and gut dysfunctions. She is also experienced in treating tick borne illnesses such as Lyme, Babesia and Bartonella. Amanda collaborates closely with Dr. Jellison and Dr. Reicheter when formulating testing and treatment protocols utilizing their expertise and guidance whenever necessary.
